In just a short span of time, Moose has mastered the commands “sit” and “stay.” We’re now focusing on teaching him “come” and “lay down,” which he’s picking up at an impressive pace. His eagerness to learn and his responsiveness to training sessions have been truly encouraging.

Adapting to Home Life
Moose is also becoming more accustomed to the daily sounds and activities in our home. He’s learning to differentiate between the various noises, some of which he finds interesting, while others, like the vacuum cleaner, he’s not too fond of.
The Vacuum Cleaner Incident
Sunday is our designated cleanup day, which means it’s time for the vacuum cleaner. This past Sunday was Moose’s first encounter with the vacuum, and it was quite the event. As soon as it roared to life, Moose’s curiosity turned into apprehension. He did everything in his power to steer clear of the noisy machine, darting away and seeking refuge.
While it’s clear that Moose isn’t a fan of the vacuum cleaner, we’re confident that with time, he’ll grow more accustomed to it, even if he never fully embraces its presence.
Moose’s first week has been full of learning and adjusting, and we’re excited to continue this journey with him. Watching him grow and adapt has been a joy, and we can’t wait to see what the coming weeks will bring. Stay tuned for more updates on Moose’s adventures and progress!
