Hey friends,
It’s your buddy Moose here, and I’m feeling a bit under the weather. Earlier this week, I underwent surgery, and while I’m on the road to recovery, my tummy’s been throwing a bit of a tantrum.
Let’s just say my crate wasn’t exactly the most pleasant place to wake up to the other morning. Whoops! It seems the anesthesia and pain meds might have gotten the best of me, and now I’m dealing with some nasty digestive issues.
Don’t worry, my humans have been taking great care of me, and we’ve been back to the vet to make sure everything is okay. Thankfully, no infection or virus to worry about! The vet thinks this is just my body’s way of reacting to the meds.
The good news is that I’m not dehydrated, and I don’t have a fever, so that’s a relief! Now, it’s just a matter of getting my tummy back on track. My humans have put me on a special diet of chicken and rice for the next week, which I’m not complaining about one bit – it’s delicious!
